THE Lessons
18 classes, being more than fifty hours given each week.
The Students
Several of our students are six years old, another has sucessfuly earned the DS (Superior Diploma) at more than 80 years old. Schoolchildren, business executives, civil servants, teachers, doctors, lawyers, religious persons, political leaders; Grenadians but also Venezuelans, Americans, Dominican, Guyanese, Trinidadians, English.
The Teachers
The team of teachers at Alliance Française is composed of Mrs Mae Patterson, Mrs Christine Simon, Mrs Ilona Forte-Gilbert, Mrs Paty Daniels and Mrs Pauline Phillip.
The Textbooks
The textbooks used, adapted to each group according to their age (children - adolescents - adults) favors, before all communication in written and oral forms. The grammatical and syntactic aspects are not at all neglected, and the students can sit for official exams of the Alliance Française that we organize every year in the month of June.
The certifications
Written and corrected in Paris, the French Language Studies Diploma, levels 1 and 2 (DELF and DALF), are official certifications recognized in most countries of the world. Also, if he already has a Language Diploma (DELF), a candidate wishing to pursue superior studies in France will be exempted from the linguistic test for access to university organized every year within the French Embassies.
The classes
Twice per week, at a rate of an hour and a half for adults and adolescents or 1 hour for children. They start at 5:00 pm for adults and 3.30 pm for children and adolescents. Each term last 10 weeks.
For persons interested in practicing oral French, we also organize discussions evenings in the form of "cafés philo" followed by the showing of a film.

THE INSTITUTIONAL CO-OPERATION
Several primary and secondary schools also benefit from the assistance of the Alliance française de la Grenade that assigns teachers to them. We equally relay cooperation projects led by the French embassy to the OECS: training for French teachers, selection of candidates for scholarships in France , organization of those projects, logistic assistance to the Grenadian Association of French Teachers.
